How does shipping work?

Wall Art Guide partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, China, India, etc. via our partnership with mainly Epacket and your local postal couriers.

How long does shipping take?

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries and we wanted to keep our products affordable for our customers through free global shipping, your item may take slightly longer than expected to arrive.



For customers in the US, UK, DE, ES, they will arrive in 5 - 15 business days from the date of shipping confirmation.

For international customers, it will take approximately 10 - 30 business days to arrive from the date of shipping confirmation.

Please do not be worried if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way to you.


Will I be charged duty or import fees?

All prices listed on the website are pre-tax and pre-import fees.

For most orders under the value of $500, you should not be charged additional duty, taxes, or fees. We artificially mark down our product cost and label it in a certain way to ensure our customers will not be hit with additional charges.
